1. Return Window You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at solananaturals@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on where to send your package.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged or we sent the wrong item, Solana Naturals LLP covers the return shipping cost.

Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
